Discrimination based on a passenger’s location or destination within our service area is also prohibited. Additionally, in accordance with regulations, no driver logged into GOTRON’s platform may refuse service to a passenger with a service animal.
Any individual found violating this policy—either a rider or driver—will be removed from the platform.
