GOTRON maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs and alcohol for all drivers. Any driver suspected of being under the influence must have their trip ended immediately. Once the trip is ended, please contact local authorities by dialing 911 or your designated non-emergency number.
Passengers who feel their driver was under the influence should submit a complaint promptly by emailing greetings@gogotron.com. GOTRON will investigate and take appropriate action upon receiving the report. A link to this email and our policy is available on the GOTRON website.
Incident Management:
If a driver is accused of being under the influence during a trip, GOTRON will conduct an internal investigation and suspend the driver’s access to our platform for the duration of the investigation.
